Ifaliana is a Malagasy national currently residing in French Guiana. She holds a Master’s degree in Private Law and another Master’s degree in Development Economics, specializing in Environmental Impact Assessment. Additionally, she has a Master’s degree in Regulation for Sustainable Development Goal 7 from the Florence School of Regulation in Italy. Presently, Ifaliana is pursuing a PhD at the University of Antananarivo’s Doctoral School. Her research is centered on advancing children’s rights through rural electrification initiatives. With an academic background complemented by five years of professional experience, Ifaliana is a versatile legal advisor adept at analyzing and addressing a broad spectrum of policy and regulatory issues. She is fluent in Malagasy, French, and English.
