We supported UNOPS to design and implement the project funded by FCDO (formerly DFID). With a budget of US$ 40m, more than 90 solar mini-grids were implemented based on a PPP approach with private operators. As part of this project, we developed the mini-grid regulations for the Sierra Leone Electricity and Water Regulatory Commission (SL-EWRC).
